sweating while following a Pied

room. These children are exercising in
an aerobics class, designed especially
for kids, at the Body Inc. in West
Bloomfield.

focus in the school on body awareness,"
-says Roberts. She mentions that the
once-a-week class, cannot provide all
the activities a healthy child requires
but can be a supplement and transmit
the message that exercise is fun.
Nikki Berlin, age nine, and her

"I'm here to generate interest in
health and fitness for my children and
to stimulate life-long habits," says
