Donald and Nancy Fox received the Distinguished Humanitarian Service Award of the Amen-
can Red Magen David for Israel (ARMDI) at the recent testimonial dinner sponsored by the
Michigan Region of ARMDI. The successful event produced one Mobile Intensive Care Unit,
three fully equipped conventional ambulances, several Paramedics Training Scholarships,
funds for the new Blood Center in Ramat Gan and the Leukemia and Hemophiliacs Services.
William Davidson, dinner chairman, lauded the Michigan Region for the splendid accom-
plishments pointing out that the actual operational expenses amounted to less than 2%.
Davidson expressed warm appreciation to all friends and supporters for assisting Magen
David Adorn, Israel's Emergency Medical, Blood and Ambulance Service in the far-reaching
