rant in Northville:
"On a Tuesday I made a
reservation for four people for
dinner the following Satur-
day at 9 p.m. I was told to
call and confirm the reserva-
tion Saturday morning which
I did. Before I had a chance
to call, they called my home
firt. Saturday afternoon,
someone in our party became
ill and it was impossible for
us to keep our reservation.
We called your restaurant
thinking it was the proper
thing to do. We could not
have bothered calling at all.
Ten minutes after we called,
some gentleman (and I use
the term loosely,) called and
told my wife that we should
not bother calling your res-
taurant again. How dare he
call my home and tell my
wife that. I will not only
never call your restaurant
again, but I will tell everyone
I know about the discourte-
ous way you treat your
potential customers!"
