To Hear Concert
The senior adult depart-

nity Center's Jimmy Prentis

Symphony Orchestra Coffee
Concert on Nov. 7. On Tues-
day, in advance of the con-
cert, Herman Chapin, DSO
docent, will describe the
music of the Nov. 7 concert.

The JPM senior adult de-
partment announces dance
therapist Cindy Babcock has
joined the staff.
She will teach a senior
yoga class at 10 a.m. Tues-
days in the JPM assembly
hall. At 10:45 a.m. in the as-
sembly hall she will lead a
dance exercise class called
"Moving Through Time." At
1 p.m. Tuesdays, Ms. Babcock
will be available for indi-
vidual body/movement con-
sulting in the exercise room.

adult department has created
a new .service for seniors liv-
ing between the main Jewish
Center and Jimmy Prentis
Morris Branch who find
transportation is a problem.
Plans are to hold activities
at a satellite location in the
12 Mile Road area, between
Lahser and Northwestern
Highway.

Senior adults are invited to
play Scrabble at 10 a.m.
Monday in room 239 of the
main Jewish Community
Center. Tables, chairs and re-
freshments will be provided.
Lunch and the afternoon pro-
gram are at 1 p.m.
At 11 a.m. Monday in room
239, Anna Mikel will answer
questions on Medicare. Ad-
mission is free and the public
