86, died Oct. 24 in Los
Angeles, Calif. She is sur-
vived by five sons, Jack of
Los Angeles, Rabbi Moshe of
Staten Island, N.Y., Alex of

Southfield and Rabbi Yisroel
Mayer of B'nai Brak, Israel;
three daughters, Sarah Kram
of Los Angeles, Molly of Los

tenhus of Brooklyn, N.Y.; a
sister, Alice Taishoff of Los
Angeles; grandchildren and
great-grandchildren. Inter-

Robert Stein

Robert "Bob" Stein, a buyer
in the glass department for
Chrysler Corp. for 28 years,
died Oct. 22 at age 78.
Born in Poland, Mr. Stein
retired in 1960. He was a
member of Mosaic Lodge of
the Masons, Crescent Shrine
Club and the Mezeritcher
Society.
He leaves his wife, Hen-
rietta; a daughter, Mrs. Ken
(Judy) Stoller; three sisters,
Mrs. Al (Fannie) Raphael,
Mrs. Irving (Helen) Herman
and Mrs. Bessie Brieman of
Trenton; and seven
grandchildren.

Leslie Brenner

Leslie Brenner, a member
of B'nai B'rith, the Anti-
Defamation League and
Temple Beth Shalom in
Sarasota, Fla., died Sept. 30.
He was 77.
Mr. Brenner is survived by
his wife, former Detroiter
Esther (Oppenheim); two
step-daughters, Judith Miller
of West Bloomfield an Mrs.
Trudy Rogers of Great Neck,
N.Y.; five grandchildren and
one great-grandchild. Inter-
