Holocaust educator, will be
the fourth and final speaker
in the Holocaust Memorial
Center's fall series. Her pre-
sentation, entitled "The Role
of the Righteous" will begin
at 8 p.m. Monday, in the
Studio Theater of the main
Jewish Community Center.
Dr. Rittner, adjunct associ-
ate professor of interdiscipli-
nary studies at Mercy Col-
lege, member of the board of
trustees at College Misericor-
dia in Dallas, Pa. and pro-
gram director at the United
States Holocaust Memorial
Council in Washington, D.C.,
was the developer and coor-
dinator of the 1984 interna-
tional conference "Faith in
Humankind: Rescuers of
Jews During the Holocaust".
She was executive pro-
ducer, with Sondra Meyers, of
The Courage to Care, a
documentary about non-Jews
during the Holocaust. The
film, nominated for an
Academy Award in 1986, will
accompany her lecture.
The lecture is open to the
public at no charge. The
building is wheelchair acces-
sible. For information, call
