Sefer Torah Donated

A special Torah was do-
nated recently to the
Holocaust Memorial Center
by Sandor Frisch of Brussels,
Belgium (formerly of Mates-
zalka, Hungary).
This Torah, rescued from
destruction during the Nazi
regime and obtained from the
synagogue in Mateszalka,

was given to the HMC in
memory of Lajos and Gizella
Frisch and family, Brenners
and Goldstein families who
perished during the
Holocaust.
A certificate of appreciation
was presented to Frisch at
the ceremonies at which the
Torah donation was made.
