Glenda Greenwald

Ruth Rosenfeld, president
of Women's American ORT,
Michigan Region, announced
that the organization will
honor The Michigan Woman
publisher Glenda Greenwald
on Nov. 3 at 8 p.m. at the
annual Capital Funds eve-
ning, which will be held at
the Franklin home of Audrey
and William Farber.

Mrs. Greenwald has been
the publisher of The Michi-
gan Woman since March
1985. She also edits and pub-
lishes Human Intelligence In-
ternational Newsletter, spon-
sored by Oakland University.
A graduate of Wayne State
University, Mrs. Greenwald
holds bachelor's and master's
degrees in English literature.
She is a member of the Ar-
tisans Chapter of Women's
American ORT.
The featured speaker will
be Marla Levine, ORT na-
tional vice president and
donor chairman.

Dr. Rockaway is currently
teaching at San Diego Uni-
versity while on sabbatical
from his regular teaching
chores at Tel Aviv Univer-
N sity.
His area of expertise is
Jewish history and he has
taught at the University of
Michigan and University of
Texas. His books include A
History of the Jews of Detroit
