Collecting Month

For the sixth consecutive
year, October has been desig-
nated National Stamp Col-
lecting Month. Detroit Post-
master John M. Horne said
the special observance for
1986 will focus on stamps
such as "Treasures Worth
Rediscovering and Sharing.
