1986 Original Old World
Market of the International
Institute of Metropolitan De-
troit, which will take place
11 a.m.-9 p.m. Oct. 16-18 and
11 a.m.-7 p.m. Oct. 19.
Weiner is a member of the
board of the institute. The
Old World Market will fea-
ture gift and craft booths,
ethnic dance groups, ethnic
foods, international pastries
and a children's booth.
Israel will be represented
among the 28 national and
ethnic groups exhibiting dur-
ing the event. The dances of
Israel will be presented by
the Hora Aviv dance troupe.

Pumpkin Fest
At Upland Hills

Upland Hills Farm will
have its annual pumpkin fes-
tival every Saturday and
Sunday throughout October,
from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Activities include hayrides
to a pumpkin patch where
children can pick their own
pumpkins, the Great
Pumpkin, Country String
Band, Halloween play,
haunted house, pony rides
and Farmer Webster and his
animal show.
