Dr. and Mrs. Wallace Liberman

Liberman-Rochlin

Deborah Rochlin and Dr.
Wallace Liberman were mar-
ried recently at Kaiser Roof
Gardens, Oakland, Calif. The
bride's brother-in-law, Rabbi
Joseph Schonwald of Temple
Beth Abraham, Oakland,
Calif., officiated.
The bride is the daughter
of Larry Rochlin of Reno,
Nev., and State Rep. Irma
Rochlin of Hallandale, Fla.
Parents of the bridegroom are
Mr. and Mrs. Murray Liber-
7. man of Detroit.
The bride's twin sister,

Raquel Rochlin, was the maid
of honor. Bridesmaids were
Cyndi Elmore of Florida,
Pam Wiley of California and
Sandy Poulin of Texas.
Dr. Jack Brinker was the
best man. Ushers were Alan
Lampear, Tony Oddo of
California and Mick Feddick
of California.
Ari Lampear was the ring
bearer. Elana Schonwald was
the flower girl.
Following an Alaskan
cruise honeymoon, the couple
is residing in Redding, Calif.

for their day-long seminar to
be held on Tuesday at Adat
Shalom Synagogue, begin-
ning at 8:30 a.m. The Tax
Reform Act of 1986 will be
discussed. The speakers will
be Marcus Plotkin, Murray
Yolles, Robert Siegel, Jack
Schultz, Richard Polk,
Thomas Bergh, James Tas-
soni, William Halbert,
Michael Benedek, Bruce Fin-
silver and Fred Foley.
The Tort Reform Act of
1986 will be discussed in a
special session for attorneys,
led by Angela Nicita, concur-
rent with the afternoon tax
reform session.
The luncheon speaker will
be Dave "The Voice" Strader,
director of broadcasting and
community affairs for the De-
troit Red Wings.

COUNCIL honored Charles
Goldstein of the Michigan
Singles Unit for recruiting at
least six new members for
B'nai B'rith. Persons who
now join any of the profes-
sional units of B'nai B'rith or
any of the traditional lodges
will have their membership
run through 1987, it was an-
nounced by Larry Hyman,
Council membership vice
