Temple Israel Sisterhood
invites the community to a
"fashion extravaganza" on
Sept. 22 at noon in the Her-
man Hall at Temple Israel.
This is the sisterhood's an-
nual donor luncheon and
fashion show.
Co-chairmen are Marilyn
Rubin and Lillian Goodman;
vice president of ways and
means is Rosalie Fox. Com-
mittee heads are Dorothy
Petok, arrangements; Sharon
Daitch, decorations; Yolanda
Tisdale, lunch; Carolyn
Marks, prizes; Anne Silver,

New Program Year
Bea Feigelman, president
of the Women of Jewish Na-
tional Fund, announces that
their opening board meeting
of the year will be held at
noon Tuesday at Temple
Emanu-El.
The guest speaker will be
Edward Rosenthal, executive
director of the Jewish Na-
tional Fund Council of
Greater Detroit.
The musical program will
feature Stuart Rogoff at the
piano performing Yiddish and
Hebrew songs.
A native Detroiter, Rogoff
has worked for many years in
Jewish education and youth
