Inspired by his favorite
designer, Elsa Schiaparelli,
Jacobs enjoys creating a look
that goes beyond the norm. He
accomplishes this, he says, by
keeping up with current events
and working in New York. "You
have to tap into the energy
and the energy is here now,"
