She leaves two sons, Kevin of

Michael of Eugene, Ore.; a

Lewis) Erickson of San Fran-

1 at age 82.
Born in Detroit, Mr. Ab-
rahams was a former member
of the Franklin Hills Country
Club and a member of Tem-
ple Beth El for more than 40
years.
He leaves his wife, Esther;
two sons, Bruce and Kenneth;
a daughter, Mrs. Aaron (Jo-
Lynne) Rosenstein; and seven

German Anthem
Decision Hit

New York, (JTA) — The
Anti-Defamation League of
B'nai B'rith has called upon
officials of the West German
state of Baden-Wurttemberg
to reconsider their "ill-
advised decision" to revive
the long-banned first verse of
the national anthem which
contains the words Deutsch-
land uber alles."
In a cable to Baden-
Wurttemberg's President,
Lothar Spaeth, Abraham
Foxman, ADL's associate na-
tional director and head. of its
international affairs division,
pointed out that the words
Deutschland uber alles, like
the swastika, symbolize to
the world the brutality of
Nazism.
