Oakland Offers Health Classes' The Oakland County health division will offer a series of six expectant parent classes beginning 7 p.m. Sept. L 9, in the Southfield office of 'the health division, 27725 Greenfield. Topics will include mater- nal physical changes, good nutrition, growth and de- \ velopment of the fetus and 'the baby, labor and delivery, infant care and parenting. The health division advises enrolling as' early in the pregnancy as possible. \ A series of six diabetes classes will be held on Thursday evenings, begin- ( ning 7 p.m. Sept. 11 at the health division's Southfield / office. These classes are for - adult diabetics and their family members. Topics will include the nature of the disease, dietary management, medica- tions and suggestions for cop- ing with everyday problems. There is no fee for either class. To register, call the health division, 424-7101.
