50th Anniversary
Sam and Goldie Wasser-
man of Farmington Hills
celebrated their 50th wedding
anniversary at a buffet
brunch on Sunday.
Goldie is past president of
the Hanita Chapter and
Greater Detroit Council of
Naamat (formerly Pioneer
Women). She was active in
the community and held
many offices in the League of
Jewish Women's Organiza-
tions:
Sam was a member of the
B'nai B'rith bowling league,
Brotherhood-Eddie Jacobs on
Lodge and Farband Camp
and Kinderwelt in Chelsea,
Mich. He was in the heating
and cooling industry for 55
years. They have a son,
Larry; daughter, Lillian; and
six grandchildren.

John and Adeline Krasnick
Krasnick 60th
Adeline and John Krasnick
are celebrating their 60th
wedding anniversary today.
The Krasnicks, of Southfield
and Palm Beach, Fla., have
lived in the Detroit area their
entire married life. They
were childhood sweethearts
in Sheboygan, Wis.
They are life members of
Hadassah and B'nai B'rith,
and Krasnick was recently
recognized as a 50-year
member of the Aesculapian
Pharmaceutical Society. He is
still active in Birmingham
Drugs, which he founded 51
years ago and is now oper-
ated by his son Bill.
Their children are Dulcie
and Norman Rosenfeld, and
Margerie and William Kras-
nick of Huntington Woods.
The senior Krasnicks have
seven grandchildren and two
great-grandchildren.
