Adoptive Family
Group Started

A chapter. of the Stars • of
David, a national support
network for Jewish and
partly-jewish adoptive
families, is being formed by
the Toledo, Ohio, Jewish
community.
Based at Toledo's Jewish
Family Service, the chapter
will hold its meetings on • the
second Monday of each month
at 7:30 p.m. The next meet-
ing will be on Sept. 8 and is
open to anyone interested.
Since its formation last
year, it has grown to include
members from 20 states, and
satellite chapters are being
formed in several areas of the
country.
The Stars of David is co-
sponsored by Temple Shalom
Emeth of Burlington, Mass.,
and the Northeast Council of
the Union of American He-
brew Congregations.
