Mrs. Broder does not dis-
cuss the circumstances of
their own child's death — It
is too painful," she said —
but the children are a central
theme of her husband's im-
passioned remarks at each
annual memorial ceremony.
Their promise of the past is
also carried out each year in
fear that the children of the
future will not learn or re-
spect the lesson of the
Holocaust. Many of the more
than
thane 200 Holocaust drawings
that Broder has done at home
use the theme of the Nazi
campaign against children.
More than one million Jewish
children were killed by the
Nazis.
The Broders fear that the
story of the Holocaust will
not be told as the survivor
generation grows older. "I
want the young generation to
remember Hitler and what he
was," Broder said. And his
wife added, "We want them
to know what we went
through."

Moncton, New Brunswick
(JTA) — Malcolm Ross, a
Moncton teacher, will not be
prosecuted for allegedly
promoting hatred against
Jews.
After a year-long investiga-

perts, New Brunswick
Attorney-General David
Clark announced late last
week that Ross, the maritime
provinces director of the
rightwing Christian Defense
League, will not be charged
under section 281.2 (2) of the
criminal code, which makes it
an offense to willfully pro-
mote hatred against an iden-

Ross is the author and dis-

tions alleging the Holocaust
was a hoax and that there is
a Jewish conspiracy to seize
