Terrorism
Symposium

Israel — The development of
new tools to fight terrorism was
the central theme of the Second
International Symposium on
Analysis and Detection of Explo-
sives at the Weizmann Institute
of Science.
Subjects under discussion at
the symposium in which 120 ex-
perts from 13 countries are par-
ticipating, included new types of
explosives, methods of analyzing
post-explosion residues and the
development of techniques and
equipment to detect hidden exp-
losives.
