Mrs. Stollman is past national hairman of the American Vomen for Bar-Ilan University in Israel and currently serves on the Bar-Ilan global board of over- seers. She is a past co-chairman of the women's division of Metro Detroit State of Israel Bonds and is also a past board member of the Jewish Community Center. With her husband, Max, and brother-in-law, Phillip, Mrs. Stollman helped found Akiva Day School in Southfield and built the social building of Young Israel of Oak Woods in Oak Park. They are among the original founders of Bar-Ilan University, where two buildings bear the Stollman name, and they estab- lished the Stollman Family For- est in Israel. The community is invited. Clients Accepted For Respite Care The Jewish Family Service is still accepting clients for its in- home respite care program. The program is funded through a grant from the Area Agency on Aging 1-B, with specific criteria to service caregivers, aged 60 years or over, who reside in Oak- land County. Additional funding has been provided by the Max M. Fisher Jewish Community Foundation which helps to provide respite care not only to the aged but to non-aged when respite care is needed.
