The Probus Club is an organ-
ization of Jewish professional
businessmen established in 1939.
In addition to the annual
Wayne State University awards,
initiated to bring recognition to
the achievements of younger fa-
culty, the club contributes gifts
and grants to individual Detroit
charities.
The club has also provided fi-
nancial assistance for the college
education of more than 300 stu-
dents and is currently sponsoring
a Probus Apartment Club for the
Jewish Association for Retarded
Citizens, providing an opportu-
nity for independent living.

Plays At Library

Alfred Hitchcock's classic thril-
ler, Dial M for Murder starring
Grace Kelly and Ray Milland will
be shown twice on Tuesday at 1
and 7 p.m. at the Southfield Pub-
lic Library.
