This event, featuring mini- classes and displays of all facets of Center activities, is part of the Center's 60th anniversary cele- bration. Young Couples Have Activity The Jewish Center's Young Jewish Coliples Club will hold its first event at 7 p.m. July 27 at the main Jewish Community Center. Entitled "Games. Young Couples Play," it will include a variety of mixer-type games,' human bingo and the Center's version of The Newlywed Game. Refreshments will be served, but guests may bring their own wine. Slice 1 /2 pound flank steak into thin strips; toss with soy sauce mixture. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet or wok; add beef and sauté until lightly brown. Remove seasoning pouch from 1 pack- age (10 oz.) BIRDS EYER . StirFry Vegetables;, any variety. Add vegetables to skillet. Stir; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 3 minutes, stirring once. Sprinkle contents of seasoning pouch over vegetables. Combine 1 /4 cup water and 1 . teaspoon cornstarch; pour into skillet. Cook and stir about 1 minute until . thickened.
