Liner will preside and pass the gavel on to his successor. Norma Jean Bell and the All Stars have appeared in concert with some of the industry's most noted artists, including Stevie Wonder, Frank Zappa and J. Geils. They have performed at the Montreux Detroit "Kool" Jazz Festival and the Pontchartrain Jazz, Festival and are currently recording an album for release in late 1986. New Leadership Has Israel Trip Detroit's New Leadership Di- vision of State of Israel Bonds will participate in the annual New Leadership international delegation to Israel July 13-24. Leaving from New York aboard El Al Israel Airlines, the 12-day trip includes tours of in- dustries and projects built with Israel Bonds proceeds; meetings with Israelis, including kib- butzniks and soldiers; meetings with government officials; tours to historical and archeological sites, such as Masada, the West- ern Wall, Yad Vashem; a b_oat ride, dinners and more. An optional extension to Eilat for three days also is available. Delegates also will have the opportunity to swim, shop, explore and just relax.
