engagement of their daughter,
Susan Toland, to Craig Wisper,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Duke
Wisper of Novi.
Miss Toland earned a license
in cosmetology. She is employed
at Your Hair and Us.
Her fiance earned a diploma
in dental technology at
Americana Institute of Dental
Technology. He is the owner of
Wisper Dental Ceramics.
An August wedding is
planned.
Detroit ZOA
To Have Meeting
A combined board and mem-
bership meeting of the Met-
ropolitan Detroit District,
Zionist Organization of America,
will be held June 10, at 7:30
p.m at the Zionist Cultural. Cen-
ter, it was announced by Sher-
win Tukel, president.
Ezekiel Leikin, executive vice
president of Metro Detroit ZOA,
will speak on "Threats to Jewish
Unity — Myth or Reality." The
agenda will also include a re-
view of the Reagan Administra-
tion's arms package for Saudi
Arabia and the forthcoming na-
tional ZOA convention in Bal-
timore, Md.
Leikin has held executive
positions in the ZOA more
than three decades and was the
recipient of ZOA's Brandeis
Award. During the summer of
1982 he served as consultant to
the Israel Foreign Ministry in
Jerusalem.
The meeting is open to the
community. •
