a modern Israeli musical

Summer; To Pass Another
Winter." Sisterhood Chorale Di-

Groner; stage director is Mar-
jorie Saulson.
Service With Love volunteers
will be honored. Service With
Love chairman is Ann Baruch.

American ORT, will have its
annual installation dinner on
Monday at 7 p.m. at Southfield
Charley's. New officers will be
installed by Yetta Wolfe of the
Michigan Region of Women's
American ORT. Entertainment
will be offered by Mrs. Seymour
Kraus, pianist, and there will be
group singing. Invocation will
be given by Lillian Nacmani.
Evelyn Noveck is chairman of
the program. There is a charge
and reservations to Marian Bas-
sey, 355-2184, are necessary.
Guests are welcome.

HANITA CHAPTER, Naamat
USA, will have its annual
award and installation luncheon
on June 10 at 11:45 a.m. in the
Naamat meeting room in the
Kristin Towers, 25900 Green-
field Road, Suite 205E, Oak
Park. Entertainment will be
provided by Elaine Kohner, voc-
alist, and Vera Rollins, pianist,
who arranged a program called
"A Potpourri of Romantic
Songs." There is a charge and
reservations to Lillian Pevzner,

CONG. B'NAI ISRAEL OF
WEST BLOOMFIELD SIS-
TERHOOD will install officers
at services at 8 p.m. June 6 in
the synagogue. Officers to be in-

Kirshner, vice presidents; Betty
Waldon, Adele Gaba and Robin
Pappas, secretaries; and Bernice

American Women for Bar-Ilan
University, Detroit Chapter,
will be the featured speaker at
the group's annual donor to be
held on Wednesday in the home
of Barbara Stollman, announced
Rosie Schlussel and Rissa Win-
kelman, co-chairmen of - the
event. The donor's proceeds will
go to support Bar-Ilan Univer-
sity's library system.
Mrs. Loewenthal has been
actively involved in Women's
Division of the Jewish Welfare
Federation, Amit Women, State
of Israel Bonds, Young Israel of
Southfield, Shaare Zedek Hospi-
tal and Maimonides Medical
Organization Auxiliary. She will
report on her recent trip to the
Bar-Ilan campus.
Shaul Ben-Meir, noted flutist
with the Detroit Symphony Or-
chestra, will appear as the fea-
tured performer.

Women's Anti-Nuke
Group To Gather

Women's Action for Nuclear
Disarmament (WAND), will
meet at 7:30 p.m. June 12 in the
Bloomfield Township Library.
Dr. Arthur Vander, professor
of physiology at the University
of Michigan, will speak on
"What You Need to Know to
Help Avert a Nuclear War."
