Danielle Sharon and Laurie
Zager will twin the observance
of their b'not mitzvah celebra-
tion at Adat Shalom synagogue
at 9 a.m. Saturday with Agneta
Klain, the daughter of David
and Mariya Klain of the USSR.
Klain, together with his
father-in-law, Armin
Yakubovich, and his brother-in-
law, Zoltan Yakubovich, have
applied to emigrate to Israel to-
gether with their families. Klain
is a mechanic, Armin
Yakubovich is a retired hat-
maker and Zoltan Yakubovich is
a haberdasher.
No reason was given for the
many refusals received by the
family. All their immediate
relatives have emigrated and
they are the last members of the
family still remaining in the
Soviet Union.
Danielle and Laurie have
written to Agneta and will at-
tempt to contact the family by
phone and will send con-
gratulatory wishes to their rela-
tives in Israel.
