SOLOVICH CHAPTER' as es-
tablished an annual "Woman of
the Year" award to be given to
one of its members. The first re-
cipient is Arlen Magy, who re-
ceived a plaque at the chapter's
19th annual installation dinner.
At the dinner, installing officer
was Emily Rogow.
Installed were: President, Bar-
bara Adler; Vice Presidents,
Cheryl Kideckel, Fay Kritzer,
Helene Friedman, Rhoda Morks,
Steffi Edelman, Cheryl Werth-
eimer and Annette Newman;
Treasurer, Carol Singer;
Secretaries, Rita Greenberg,
Diana Kovnat and Lorene
Rosner.
Board members are: Marion
Bronstein, Susie Cohan, Marilyn
Fine, Cheryl Finkelstein, Bar-

tion of officers on Thursday at.the
Glen Oaks Country Club, 30500

CENTURY
LODGE will have its 19th an- .
nual "Spirit of B'nai B'rith
Awards Night" on Tuesday at the
Furniture Club. Dinner and
cocktails will be serve&at 6:30
p.m. Donald R. Simon, lodge fi-
nancial secretary, will be hon-
ored "for meritorious service to
Oakland Century." The Lodge
will present two $500 schol-
arships to two local college stu-
dents, which will be dedicated in
memory of Judge Norman Feder,
a lodge founder. State Sen. Jack
Faxon will be the guest speaker.
Sol E. Goldberg and Nathan P.
Rubenstein are co-chairman of
the scholarship committee. Other
chairmen are Harold J. Samuels,
awards committee; Jerome G.
Friedman, dinner arrangements
