She will speak on continuing ramifications of the U.N.'s' "Zionism is racism" resolution. ' Judge Ben Itto was a member of Israel's delegation to the U.N. when the committee on which she served passed the "Zionism is ra- cism" resolution. She has twice. held the temporary rank of Is- rael's ambassador to the United Nations and has represented Is- rael at other international meet- ings. She has been a scholar in resi- dence in Denver, Colo., served in the Israeli Army during the War of Independence and has sat on the Israel Supreme Court. She currently sits in .Tel Aviv.
