Simon Opens Series
The Jewish Welfare Federation
Women's Division will kick off its
"First Monday Group" series May
5, with a focus on "Our Civil
Liberties: Are They Being Taken
Away?"
Howard Simon, executive di-
rector of the American Civil
Liberties Union of Michigan, will
lead the first group discussion.
The May and June forums will be
held from 8:45 to 10:15 a.m. at
the United Hebrew Schools in
Southfield. •
