died April 11. He leaves his
wife, Lydia; a daughter, Mrs.
Franklin (Sherry) Middleman of
Scottsdale, Ariz.; two sons, De-
nnis of Lauderhill, Fla., and Jef-
frey of Walnut Creek, Calif.;
and two grandchildren.

was a member of the City of
Hope, Naamat USA (formerly
Pioneer Women), a life member
of B'nai B'rith Women and affil-
iated with the. Detroit Federa-
tion of Teachers.
She leaves her husband,
Louis; a son, Richard of Glen El--
len, Calif.; a daughter, Mrs. De-
, nnis (Haven) King; a brother,
Abe Paysner of La Mesa, Calif.;
three sisters, Mrs. Milton (Lil-*
Tian) Schnitzer, Mrs. Abraham
(Rita) Millman and Mrs. Martin
(Sarah) Bacow of Studio City,
Calif.; and three grandchildren.
Dr. Harold Rowe
Dr. Harold Rowe, an optomet-
, gist, died April 10 at age 58.
Born in Detroit, Dr. Rowe was
'a_ member of Cong. Beth Achim,
Louis D. Brandeis Lodge of
B'nai B'rith, Association of
Michigan Optometrists, and a
1949 graduate of the Northern'
llinois College of Optometry..
He leaves his wife; Rhea; a,
son, Dr. Merril of Aurora, Colo.;
and a brother, Dr. Irving.
