JPI Plans Seder
The Jewish Parents Institute
will have its annual Passover
Seder luncheon on April 20 at
noon in Shiffman Hall at the
main Jewish Community Cen-
ter.
The afternoon's activities will
include a reading of the Hagad
dah, especially prepared for JPI
by a committee of JPI parents,
and community dancing.
Passover music, included
throughout the Haggadah will
be led by a choir of JPI parents
and students. The choir will be
conducted by Lenora Kaufman,
and accompanied by pianist,
Sonny Lipenholtz. Dancing will
be led by Beth Norman.
For reservations, call the JPI
office, 661-1000, ext. 333, Mon-
day through Thursday 10 a.m.
to 2 p.m. or Sunday, 9:30 a.m. to
12:30 p.m. All reservations must
be made by Wednesday.

National Council of Jewish

availability of the Victim Serv-
ice Council, a non-sectarian
community service, which pro-
vides emotional and practical
support to victims of crime
throughout. Southeastern Michi-
gan. Information, referrals and
advocacy are provided by profes-
sionally trained volunteers in
cooperation with local police de-
partments.
