Visitors will receive a baker's hat, a piece of "shmurah" mat- zah and a pamphlet describing the celebration of Passover and the reasons for the holiday foods. Each participant will make their own piece of matzah, from the mixing of the flour and water to seeing it put in the oven. A film or filmstrip, accord- ing to the age of the group, will be shown describing how the un- leaven matzahs are made at a real "shmurah" bakery. Reservations are required and there is a nominal charge. The students will engage in a multi-activity experience that will include continual rounds of basketball alternating with the same in volleyball. The students will donate part of the money raised through pledges to the Hillel Scholarship Fund. The students also will work on their .social action proj- ect which will be a letter- writing campaign on behalf of the Soviet refuseniks.
