than a fitted, jean-style shorts.
What makes them appealing to
girls of all ages are the bright
splashes of color and the prints.
There are matching shirts which
can be layered, or a simple T-shirt
will complete the outfit.
When it comes time to dress up
a little, the young girl will opt for
something in a layered look, per-
haps a mini skirt with lace cardi-
gan and leggings. There'll be a
small market for sundresses,
mainly in pastels and a Hawaiian
