Council of Orthodox Rabbis.
The banquet will take place at 6
p.m. Sunday at the Westin Hotel.

Honoree will be Michigan Sen.
Carl Levin. He will be presented
with the Askin Tzibburi Award.
The council announced that
David Mandel has joined the hon-
orary tribute committee for the
annual affair.
The Council of Orthodox Rabbis
provides services through its
Southfield offices to the entire
Jewish community. It has a Beth
Din, kashkut certification service
and renders instruction and ad-
vice on ritual matters.
