Direct-From-The Factory Prices! •■•■ • Palestinian Leader Considers Peace Talks Washington (JTA) — Hanna Seniora, a leading Palestinian figure in East Jerusalem who is on a speaking tour of the coun- try, said last week that he was exploring the possibility of con- vening an international peace conference with no pre-condi- tions and in which Palestinian individuals would be part of a single Arab delegation. At the same time, Seniora maintained that Palestinians in both Israel proper and the oc- cupied territories have a right to launch attacks on "legitimate military targets" as long as there is no movement toward the peace table. In an amicus curiae (friend of the court) brief filed Feb. 21, the ADL asserted that the city of Louisville, Ky., acted unconstitu- tionally in passing a minority- preference ordinance. Seymour D.
