will present Dr. Ralph D.
Rabinovitch on Sunday at 10:30
a.m. in the Health Club Restau-
rant of the main Jewish Commu-
nity Center.
Dr. Rabinovitch, co-writer and
producer of the award-winning
film, Stevie's Light Bulb, Graphic
Art in Child Psychiatry, will dis-
cuss, "The American Family, Is It
Surviving?"
Dr. Rabinovitch has won many
awards for his work in the field of
psychiatry, including the Special
Certificate of Outstanding
Achievement, presented jointly
by the Michigan Psychiatric
Society, the American Psychiatric
Association, and the governor of
the state of Michigan.
He is the founder of the Hawth-
orn Center, a children's psychiat-
ric hospital located in Northville.
The program is free of charge
and is open to the public.

Lisa Askenazy, daughter of
Hinda Askenazy of Huntington
Woods and the late Mr. David As-
kenazy, established a school
swimming record at Brandeis
University.
A Brandeis freshman, Miss As-
kenazy swam the 200-yard
butterfly in 2:29.04. She took first
place in the 1,000-yard freestyle
in 12:51.17 at a meet at the Uni-
versity of Massachusetts in Bos-
ton.
Miss Askenazy is the
granddaughter of David Chicorel
of Southfield and Wolf and Esther
Snyder • of Detroit.
