Fashion Show
Aids Hadassah

Greater Detroit Chapter of
Hadassah will host the second
event of its 70th anniversary
year at 12:30 p.m. Feb. 11 at
Cong. Shaarey Zedek.
The event, to benefit Hadas-
sah Israel Educational Services,
will be a fashion Allow coordi-
nated by Saks Fifth Avenue -
Troy. Desserts will be served.
Proceeds will go to fund the
multi-faceted educational pro-
gram in Israel. It is now 44
years since the education serv-
ices were inaugurated with a
vocational school. Today, the
educational complex offers a
comprehensive four-year co-
educational high school program
and a community college.
A special feature of the educa-
tional network is the Vocational
Guidance Institute that offers
counselling and testing. It has
given service to over 225,000
clients.
Among the special features 'of
the fashion show will be an ex-
clusive presentation, the Calvin
Klein collection. Guests may
view the garments and try them
on backstage after the show and
place orders.
Tickets are available at the
Hadassah Office, 5030 Orchard
Lake, West Bloomfield, or at the
door. There is a charge. For in-
formation, call the Hadassah

Women's ORT Has
A New Chapter

A new Women's American
ORT chapter has been estab-
lished in Huntington Woods.
The group will have - its next
meeting at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday
at the Huntington Woods li-
brary.
Among the current members

Warren, Claire Galed, Yona
Kahn, Elaine Horowitz, Rida
