In 1924, the deli was moved to a new location at 12th and Hazelwood under the sole ownership of Harry, with brother Abe as assistant _man- ager. Harry's other brothers went into restaurant ventures of their own ... Bill opened the famous Brass Rail ... and Sam started Darbys. Saul always went his own way ... and was a great success with the highly touted Sid's On The Seaway. In the late 1950s, Harry broke ground for a new Boesky site on the corner of Greenfield and James Couzens ... then a while later, it was to Lahser and 10 Mile ... Many deli owners in the Jewish community began their careers as busboys and kitchen help at Boesky's on 12th and Hazelwood.
