Cong. Shaarey Zedek's Men's
Club will begin a series of three
breakfast seminars at 9:15 a.m.
Feb. 2 in the synagogue.
Robert Dugas, chairman of
the Archdiocese Subcommittee
on Jewish-Christian Dialogue,
will speak on Feb. 2 on "Vatican
II, Nostra Aetate — Before,
Since, Now and the Future."
Dugas is professor of Scrip-
tures and Biblical languages at
the Orchard Lake Seminary and
director of religious education at
St. Mas'k's Church.
Rabbi Irwin Groner will
monitor the question and an-
swer period.
The second program in the
series will take place at 9:15
a.m. March 2 at Shaarey Zedek,
where Richard Lobenthal,
executive director of the Michi-
gan Region of the Anti-
Defamation League of B'nai
B'rith will speak on "Anti-
Semitism."
The final program in the
series will take place at 9:15
a.m. April 13 at Shaarey Zedek
as the men's club joins the
youth for a program.

Crescent Shrine
Elects Naftalis

Manfred (Fred) Naftalie was
elected president of the Crescent
Shrine Club for 1986.
Elected with him were: Albert
Conn, Raymond Hassen, vice
presidents; David Dickman and
Samuel Topper, secretaries.
Serving a one-year term on
the board of governors are: Ale-
xander Betz, Albert Goldstein,
Sol Kirzner, Albert Lublin and
Dr. E. J. Valle.
Elected to a two-year term
were: Frank Blazofsky, William
Collis, William Garelik, Jack
Shay and Morton Weiner.
