The date is Monday, February 10, 1986, "This elegant • black tie eve- ning will take place at Restau- rant Duglass beginning with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres - and continuing with dinner and dancing. Chef Duglass, 'master in the enchanting game of culi- nary invention, will transform the setting .into a scene char- acteristic of La Belle Epoque with les couleurs de Cezanne, l'esprit de Renoir, and la geaiete Parisienne.
