Pearlman charters his boat
"Mon Coeur" out of Monaco in
France..
"With ports of call at Cannes,
St. Tropez, Beaulieu in France
and Portofino, San Remo in
Italy, I have returned with "A
touch of France" and will be
featuring the classical French
soup, "The Big Mama of French
Soups," Bouillabaisse, beginning
Wednesday, Jan. 8, and every
Wednesday thereafter.
"My son, Jeff, who speaks
French fluently, introduced me
to Chef Fredrico on•St. Homorat
Island off Canes. Chef Fredrico
invited me into his kitchen at
his restaurant, "Chez Frechico,"
and I observed his method of
preparing Bouillabaisse. We will
be serving "Bouillabaisse a la
Fredrico."
"While in France, I also ar-
ranged to import the classical
European fish knife and fork
which will be part of our table
setting at Benjie'fi."
"On Sundays, family night,
starting at 5 p.m. Jan. 5, we
will mesquite grill ribs and
chicken with our rich and secret
barbecuesauce. The meal' in-
cludes salad or coleslaw, boiled
red skin potatoes or French
fries. For fish lovers, our regular
menu will be available."
