The cream of broccoli soup
made by 'George - was delicious
. heavy bodied with fresh
pieces of carrots and so many
other ingredients ... plus oodles
of fresh broccoli pieces.
I felt in the mood for some
good poultry .' . and George
didn't disappoint me by prepar-
ing a very tasty piece of broiled
boneless breast of chicken.
And naturally the wonderful
rice pudding souffle made with
apricots ... that Rodos has be-
come so well-noted for.
It's nice to have a familpstyle
restaurant like this in our bac-
kyard ... But people come from
everywhere to enjoy George's
cooking ... The place os so
clean ... with mirrors all
around ... beautiftil glass chan-
deliers, comfortable, airy, relax-
ing, bright atmosphere ... and
tall vertical drapes in the back.
George makes his own pas-
tries ... and very few people
can 'compete with him in the
preparation of spinach pie and
mousaka . . . George's braised
lamb is a standout ... He even
makes his own pita bread ..
and when you find a restaurant
that doesn't buy them outside,
you know you've got yourself a
good one ... George isn't mar-
ried and does everything morn-
ings, noons and nights ... seven
days a week ... Nothing goes.

George's strict approval ... And
about those Greek salads of his
... the small ones are larges
almost everywhere else.
