"Among the be
of talent is
strong singer Sheri Nichols, who
was an undisputed hit in the
starring role of Piaf at the Attic.
Songs like Chattanooga Choo
Choo, At Last, I'll Be Seeing
You, Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy
`J From Company B., I'll Never
Smile Again and That Old
Black Magic
bring back
memories that will never fade
into oblivion."
DEC. 25 IS only day of year
Kingsley Inn, Woodward, is
closed ... but brothers Gabe and
Sam Zawideh make sure there's
a Kingsley holiday at many
homes ... with catering orders
for up to 15 by Dec. 23.
GOOD WAITRESS DEPT.
... Lynn (Terry) Godos
mornings and noons at The Eat-
ery, W. Ten Mile Rd. east of
Evergreen ... very personable
and always smiling ... She's
back in the northwest area ...
and many people will remember
her as one of the most efficient
morning waitpersons in this
area . . . Lynne is the type of gal
who starts off your day the right
way ... and makes sure what
you order is what you get ... No
hanky-panky ... Lynne doesn't
bring anything out of the
kitchen unless it looks right to
her.
The Eatery on W. Ten Mile
has gotten a real good one in
Lynne ... I had breakfast there
recently ... and it was one of
the few times the eggs didn't
have to be sent back ... Wait-
persons like Lynn Godos can
make a place.
If her 16-year-old daughter,
Marci Godos, is a chip off the
block, she'll do swell even
though The Eatery is her first
fling at waitressing Marci is
there three days a week ... and
also does some hostessing.
MAIL DEPT. . . . "In Novem-
ber you published a letter sent
to you by a dissatisfied customer
of the Family Restaurant on Or-
chard Lake Road.
"After reading the article we
became extremely upset since
we had just contracted the res-
taurant to cater our Thanksgiv-
ing dinner for 40 people. Having
never eaten at the restaurant
nor done business with the own-
ers before, we did not know
what to expect. Any fears we
had were dispelled when Nina
and Lasar presented a delicious
and beautiful holiday dinner
with some marvelous Russian
family touches. They not only
set up, served, cleaned up, but
gave us far more than we had
expected.
"I hope you will publish this
letter representing another
reader's opinion of the Family
Restaurant and the very co-
operative people who own it."

Sincerely,
Dr. and Mrs. Sidney Gilbert
IF YOU HAVEN'T eaten
since dinner ... and have a

best bet for a safe journey home
driving is to stop at an open
24-hours restaurant ... like The
Clock, Southfield and Ten Mile
