Rochelle Rosenthal and Ran-
dolph Forester were married re-
cently at Knollwood Country
Club. Rabbi Harold Loss of Tem-
ple Israel officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Mike Rosenthal of Bir-
mingham. Parents of the brideg-
room are Mr. and Mrs. George
Forester, also of Birmingham.
Nella Bickman was the matron of
honor. The bridegroom's brother,
Thomas Forester, was the best
man. The bride's brother, Jim Ro-
senthal, was the usher.
The couple is residing in Bir-
mingham.

Gilson Attends
Educators Parley

Rosaline Gilson, former direc-
tor of the Shaarey Zedek Beth
Hayeled (nursery school), was in
New Orleans,. La., recently to
attend a two-day conference of the
National Association for the Edu-
cation of Young Children.
In 1979, the Jewish component,
the National Jewish Early Child-
hood Network was created. The
NJECN sponsored two days of
workshops and a dinner and Oneg
Shabbat at the conference.
The national association is
aimed at providing a support sys-
tem for young Jewish children
and their families. Both organiza-
tions aim at sharing resources.

present a pre-Chanukah musical
prograrrot 8 p.m. Saturday at the
Jimmy Prentis Morris Branch of

Chanukah. Cantor Barry Ulrych
of Cong. B'nai David and the
Akiva Stars, accompanied by Lil-
lian Zellman, will entertain with
comedy, Yiddish, Israeli and
