count of Christ's Passion has
been reissued by the National
Conference of Christians and
Jews.
A Liturgical Interpretation in
Narrative Form of the Passion of
Jesus Christ was prepared for
use by Christian congregations
wanting to overcome the anti-
Jewish elements in Holy Week
worship. The new edition in-
cludes a dramatic arrangement
for congregational use which is
available in a separate four-
page version.

Removal Asked

Washington — The Anti-
Defamation League of B'nai
B'rith (ADL) and the American
Jewish Congress have asked the
U.S. National Park Service to
eliminate a nativity scene from
the federally sponsored Christ-
mas Pageant of Peace to be dis-
played on public property near
the White House. The groups
argue that the display should be
removed in the interest of reli-
gious harmony and tolerance for
all Americans.
