will be held for senior adults at
12:30 p.m. Thursdays in room 2
of the Morris Branch. Sadie
Goren is the teacher.
At 1 p.m. Lillian Mellon will
teach beginning bridge in room
9. Celia Goodman will conduct a
bi-monthly short story class at
1:30 p.m. at the Morris Branch
in room 2. Book reviews by
Frances Weinberg will be at
10:30 a.m. in room 15 at the
Morris Branch.- These classes
are free of charge.
Stanley Clamage will speak
on "Jewish Spiritual Heroes" at
1 p.m. Tuesday in the assembly
hall of the Morris Branch. All

Nov. 15 in the Morris Branch
lobby. At 1:30 p.m. David
Tanzman will speak on "Out of
Conflict-Accord." All senior
adults are invited free of charge.

The senior adult department
of the Jewish Community Cen-
ter will sponsor an address by
Sen. Carl Levin on Monday at
10:15 a.m. in Jaffe Hall of the
Jimmy Prentis Morris Branch.
He will speak on "Housing for
Seniors" and deal with the cur-
rent problems and options
seniors are facing in the housing
market.
Leon Cohan, president of the
Jewish Community Council and
senior vice president and gen-
eral counsel of the Detroit Edi-
son Co., will introduce the sena-
tor.
The talk is free and open to
the public.
