The League of Jewish
Women's' Organizations will
have its opening meeting at
12:15 p.m. Thursday at Adat
Shalom Synagogue, announces
Dorothy Cohen, president.
Theme for the meeting is "The
Golden Years are Brass and
Sometimes Tarnished." Group
presidents will be honored.
A panel discussion on the care
of the aged will be featured.
Panelists include Charles Wolfe,
executive vice president of the
Jewish Home for Aged; Dr.,
Ronald Trunsky, chief of staff,
Sinai Hospital, specializing in
geriatric psychiatry; Dr. Stan
Levy, Jewish Home for Aged,
board member; David Hoptman,
social work, Jewish Family Serv-
ice; Eleanor Korn, registered
representative . and .NASD
member; and Monte Korn, attor-
ney and host of Money Time
radio show.
There is a nominal charge.
Dessert, bagels and coffee will be
served.
