full slate of activities for the

Registration for Hillel's
Jewish Learning Center will
egin Monday. The center offers
afternoon and evening courses
on subjects ranging from Bible

ng. Jewish Learning Center
classes begin the week of Sept.
23 and are open to the entire
community.
The Psychology and Religion
series will meet 8 p.m. alternate
Thursdays beginning Sept. 19
for group discussions exploring
the dimensions of spirituality
and the connection between in-
dividual personality and reli-
gious experience.
Hillel will hold a Break Fast
for Graduate Students following
Yom Kippur Services 7:45 p.m.
Sept. 25 in the Hillel House so-
cial hall, 1429 Hill Street in
Ann Arbor.
The organization's three-
night-a-week film program, Hill
Street Cinema, is in full swing
with nine features scheduled to
run between now and the end of

Southfield Grants

The Southfield Arts Council is
now accepting applications for
its 1985-1986 Grants-in-Aid
Program. Under the program,
cultural and educational organ-
izations operating in the
Southfield-Lathrup Village area
may apply for project or operat-
ing grants. Scholarships in the
visual, literary or performing
arts will also be available to
qualified residents of the area.
