Rabbi Mottel Weiss and
Boruch Hayim Herschfus will
officiate at High Holiday serv-
ices at Cong. Shaarey
Shomayim. Services will be held
at Pepper School in Oak Park.
A native Detroiter, Rabbi
Weiss attended Yeshivoth Beth
Yehudah and the Yeshivoth
Telshe in Cleveland, Ohio. He
also studied at the Yeshivah
Gedolah in Detroit. Currently,
he is on the faculty of Yeshivoth
Beth Yehudah.
Herschfus also is a native De-
troiter. He wag graduated from
the Yeshivoth Beth Yehudah
High School and is a former
member of its choir. He is co-
leader of the Detroit Hebrew
Band and a senior at the Uni-
versity of Detroit Law School.
Rabbi Leo Y. Goldman will
deliver the sermons.
