Scarves

Continued From Page 18
Another winning way with scarves is
multiple scarf dressing. For example,
you could twist two scarves together,
one patterned and one solid, to create
an individualized look. Then loop
loosely around the neck and tie.
Oversized scarf dressing features the
use of large scarves. For example, you
could place an oversized oblong scarf
over one shoulder, letting the ends fall
long and belting the scarf at the waist.
Or you could fold a large square scarf
into a triangle. Place the point of the
triangle in front, cross the ends in back,
then bring them to the front. Let the
ends fall casually across your shoulders.
Instead of a belt, try sashing your
waist with scarves, or a combination of
scarves and belts, Basic doublewrap-
ping of scarves starts by placing the
center of an extra long fabric belt or
scarf in the center front of your waist-
line. The ends are wrapped to the
back, crossed over, then brought to the
front again where they are knotted,
flipped or tucked in.
